    Well I'll agree that school buildings in Ohio aren't awful, but try going to California and see their school buildings. They're all pretty great.

    California also doesn't have the harsh weather that the Ohio schools must go through. The California buildings are meant to last the earthquakes, so they HAVE to be built nice. California also has more population, equaling more profits through taxes.
